From my son Patrick, the small apprentice, about nine inches long, carved from black cherry with an axe and knives. Seasoned for lasting beauty with a food safe coconut oil, mineral oil and beeswax mixture that can be washed away or maintained as you prefer. No electricity, no machines, no power tools, no manufacturing, each spoon comes from downed wood foraged in the forest and created by hand, one at a time. The design works really well for serving those small foods like condiments and equally well for a kitchen scoop. Spoons always make great gifts. How about one for your own kitchen?
