My pots are tin-lined copper and I hate plastic. Gotta get good wood tools. Klipknocky blows past good and offers a level of quality that pleases the eye, the hand, and the soul. This is the most magnificent piece of kitchen kit I've ever had the privelege of sticking into a pot of beans. It seems made for the curves of my pots, cleans off easy, and scoops well when serving. A proper cookin' utensil can change your life when you spend all your free time at the stove. This one makes my days and nights a whole lot nicer.
