Cooking spoon, 12” wooden spoon

An eleven inch cooking spoon from foraged red maple. Carved with nothing but a hatchet and knives, no power tools, no machines, just honest hand work at Klipnocky Woods. Carved first, fumed with ammonia for that gorgeous color and the handle is painted with milk paints. Finally seasoned for you with a food safe mixture of mineral oil and beeswax that can be washed away or maintained as you wish. Chefs prefer wooden spoons as they will not harm or scratch your expensive pots and pans or burn your hands.
