Quaich, kuksa, noggin, drinking cup, handled bowl, wooden bowl

Known by many names in various regions of the old world. Before the industrial age many, if not most drinking vessels were of wood for the common people. This one off cup is based on a quaich, a Scottish two handled bowl, a kuksa or Scandinavian handled cup and the North American canoe cup or noggin. A cup for your whiskey, grog or rum ration, even a small bowl of hearty chili! A cup or bowl suitable for spirits, wine, coffee, soup or dare I say... Water? This carved wooden cup holds nearly four ounces of liquid and sports a 2’ length of Titan Warrior Cord, a GreenmanNaturecraft glass bead, a cherry wood bead and toggle also carved by me.
